At Paralel, Huong was responsible for the digital and data platform since the start. Creative Service offering was born organically with the growth of client's demands. Before Paralel, Huong held various executive positions at Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH). During her time at BBH, Huong was responsible building various data, middle and back-office products with an accumulative of $80 million + in budget. Huong holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from Suffolk University and an EMBA from Quantic Business and Technology school. Huong is also SAFe certified.

At TIFIN, Raghav led product development across key platforms within its suite of AI-driven products for wealth managers and enterprises, including TIFIN Give (digital philanthropy platform, scaled to $100M+ AUM), TIFIN AMP (growth intelligence across acquisition, expansion, and retention), and Positivly (financial personality and behavioral insights). His work spanned early-stage (0→1) development through go-to-market and scale, working across the full stack—from data and intelligence layers to user-facing product experiences.
